Remember purple or dark day when we talked about CPR- church, pray read your bible? We said that those things are not what saves us or makes us a child of God. BUT they are things that hep us to GROW to look more like God's family than how we look now!
Read Colossians 3:1
This verse is telling us that once we have asked Jesus to pay the penalty for our sins and become the boss of our life, it is like we are sitting with Jesus already. Kind of hard to understand huh?! But the reality is Jesus traded His right standing for ours- we get all His "rightness" or righteousness!
